Shipping & Refund Policies
Shipping:
The Daisy Butterfly currently ships all packages via USPS First Class Mail within the United States only.
Please allow 2-4 business days for processing for ready to ship items. For custom items and certain made to order items, the processing time will be stated in the item description or via email communication for custom orders.
Tracking information will be sent once the shipping label has been created.
Seller is not responsible for delivery delays once the product has been processed with the shipping carrier.
Returns & Refunds:
All items are final sales.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or if the wrong item is received, please email with order number and issue so that we can evaluate how to correct the issue (with either a replacement if possible or refund.)
